I don’t often go to a store to pick up jewelry, but the last time I did it was for a jewelry consultation. A woman walking into the store was wearing a necklace I had seen online, and I immediately thought, “I have to have this.” It was a gorgeous sterling silver necklace with a tiny pendant hanging from it. I grabbed it and went straight to the boutique to return it.
I knew I needed to get one, but I was just as nervous about the whole process of returning it. I was so excited when I got it back from the boutique, but I was still nervous. I was about half way down the steps when I realized I wouldn’t be able to take it with me. I walked back to the car and my dog, Kiana, followed me.
I guess I really had to make sure that my dog was all right. I had a huge bag of my jewelry in the car and I was worried that they wouldn’t be able to get it to me. I’m so glad that Kiana wasn’t even in the picture because the necklace took me out of my comfort zone and made me think. It was a bit of a shock. We’ll definitely be getting more of these.
It’s not just the jewelry that I’m worried about, though. I like to have a piece of jewelry that can be passed down to my kids, because I dont want them to think something is cool and have it passed down to them.
If you’ve ever been to a wedding, wedding party, or ball, you know they don’t let your guests pass your neck. And the fact that paul’s necklace isn’t even on the picture is the first time that I’ve seen that. In many ways, its the necklace that made me think that it was a wedding that I wasn’t even invited to.
The necklace Im worried about is a bracelet that Im afraid that my husband might steal. Ive gotten a lot of looks on facebook for this necklace, and my husband has also gotten a lot of looks for it. I know its bad, but my fear is that he will steal it from me and then sell it to someone who wants it to be worn to a wedding.
