I agree with the advice, but if you have a routine, do you really need to wake up at 5am? There are lots of time-saving ways to do this that don’t require you to wake up at 5am.

When I say that you should make it yours, I dont mean you should write it in a book or do it in a video game. The way I do it is that I make it a part of my life and I change it from time to time.
